We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition with tags attached
In the original packaging (if applicable)
Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected.
We do not accept returns on:
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Worn or adjusted caps and hats
Any items marked "non-returnable" at checkout
To begin the return process:
Email us at support@betrome.myshoplaza.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Pack the item securely and ship it using the details provided.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, size, or color, please return your original item and place a new order.
